Data on the number of stock items listed on this website are taken from Zakkel's centralized stock data.

The data is updated regularly and there is a possibility when you buy the existing stock data is not up-to-date data. So even though the stock on the written website is still available and purchases can be made, the actual stock of the item you want is not available.

If this happens we will contact you immediately. If you have already made a payment, we will immediately make a refund.


We accept payments via the Xendit and Midtrans payment gateway which supports payments via:

This website will always calculate shipping costs from Zakkel's central warehouse location (Bandung) to your location.

If it turns out that the stock is available in a more remote location so that the shipping costs are greater than what this website charges you, then we will cover the remaining shipping costs.


  • Some promo items may not be returned or exchanged. 

  • Returned products must be in good condition and have never been used.

  • Include the packaging and all items in the packaging when returning, the condition of the packaging and the condition of items other than the main product have no effect on the return policy.

  • Shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

  • Zakkel may take several days to inspect the returned item until Zakkel sends a refund or replacement item.

Our products are handmade or hand-made so that there may be slight differences in each item that does not affect the comfort of use and safety. Fabric fading due to normal use, slight differences in size, and slight differences in stitching are not considered manufacturing errors and are not covered by the warranty.

We are not responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been modified in any way including painting, dyeing, embroidering/embroidering, and adding or removing fabric after purchase. We are also not responsible for warranty protection for products purchased from second hand or through partners who are not officially registered.

Product Warranty includes:

  • Replacement of all parts in case of damage including buckles, webbing, buttons, and other small accessories.
  • Replacement of cloth if there is a tear during normal use.

We may ask you to include proof of purchase from Zakkel when making a warranty claim.
